It's getting worse - Tuesday Five ;)
Jul. 20th, 2002 06:52 pmthis is the most I've ever talked about where I live
1. Where were you born?
Falkirk, Scotland.
2. If you still live there, where would you rather move to? If you don't live there, do you want to move back? Why or why not?
I currently live in Manchester. I moved out to go to uni and have avoided going back since. My home town is nice, but there's not much to do there and I barely know anyone there. I enjoy going back for a visit but not for longer than a week. I still feel Scottish though and have a great affection for the country.
3. Where in the world do you feel the safest?
I'm not sure. I've lived all over Manchester, often in rough areas (due to being a poor student). I've always felt safe in my house though.
4. Do you feel you are well-traveled?
Not particularly. I've been to lots of places around Britain on holiday and to a few foreign countries. The furthest I've been is to Detroit for a wedding. I'd like to travel much more.
5. Where is the most interesting place you've been?
Probably Paris or Barcelona. I went with my parents and brother and my mum planned out the trip to the minute. As a result we saw lots of interesting things in each place. I'd love to go back to Paris or even live there for a while (although my Standard Grade french is v shaky). I just thaought it was a beautiful city.
