I already knew that George W Bush is pro-life and seriously believes that abstince-only sex education is effective (despite numerous studies to the contrary,) and he's entitled to his opinion. But according to this article he's censoring government information on condom efficiency and forcing teachers to promote the frankly stupid abstinence-only sex ed policy. And this censorship is being extended to abortion issues in other countries. Effectively this means millions of teenagers will face a Russian Roulette of STDs because they have not been taught about the easy ways they can be prevented.
